In GTA: Vice City, there are a lot of cheats that you can use to grow out your mullet and have a good time. Sure, you can do the boring things, like getting all your weapons and armor, but that’s not very exciting. But you can also cause a lot of chaos by spawning tanks and arming people.
It’s a wide range of choices, but there is no GTA vice city money cheat like there is for GTA 3 and GTA: San Andreas. You’ll have to work hard to get that money. Or, you could give yourself a better weapon set and keep getting better health.

To use these long-term cheats, you’ll need to go back to a previous save state. So it makes sense to make a new file to keep the mess under control. Otherwise, you could lose a lot of work. Don’t do that.
